We take orders by mail, fax, e-mail or call us.

1. If you are an end user, we will refer you to the nearest dealer available.

We accept credit cards, e.g. Visa, MC, AMX, for North America and parts of Europe. For other locations, we prefer US Money Orders or Certified Cheques or Bank transfers. We guarantee our products.

   • Charge card expiry date,
   • Items you like to purchase and quantity,
   • Method of delivery (e.g. by UPS/Fedex overnight or 2 business days within Canada and U.S.A. Other countries 2-3 business days.),
   
   We will then tabulate the total costs with shipping, and will have your final approval prior to shipping your items out.

4. After sales support is handled by the dealer closest to you, by BernClare Multimedia Inc., and also by the product manufacturer. Therefore, you will have multiple support levels on your product.
